I have found HTMLPad 2004 very useful indeed. Unfortunately I had a hard
disk failure a few weeks ago, and although I had backed up most of my
data, I did not back up HTMLPad. I was intending to contact you to find out
how I could download it again, so your e-mail about the upgrade was very timely.
If I purchase the upgrade, do I still need to download the original 2004 software first? If so, how?
I did email you about this on 6 May but have been unable to trace your reply. I puchased HTMLPad 2004 Pro on 12 August 2004 under order number 6816061.
How to upgrade to 2005 when 2004 no longer exists?
