These are some of the bugs that I have been having!
1) File Explorer - right clicking on a directory causes the program to lockup and crash!
2) File Explorer file listing pane - double clicking on a file to open it wipes out the filename and generates an ERROR!
3) File Explorer - If the directory list is longer then the bottom spliterbar you can not scroll the pane!
4) Same thing happens in the File Open and Save Dialog Boxes!
Example create a new directory then right click on it to delete it locks up the whole application!
Sometimes the toolbar icons just disappear!
Also if you go to view interface style and select modern you do not get the blue like office but gray!
This is a full layout.

Re: Bugs WeBuilderr 2010.10.2.0.121
Looks like an issue with graphics card or graphics driver. Could also be a problem with Windows shell. I am saying this because we can not reproduce this problem and also it does not seem to happen to other users.
What is more - open and save dialog boxes are Windows components so we have not programmed them at all.
I recall one of our users having similar (but a bit different) problem and it was solved by replacing the graphics card.

It is not the video card this is an EVGA GForce 240 with all latest drivers!
And your telling me to replace a $200 video card? I do not think so.
I run Photoshop CS5 and 5 other graphic applications include Visual Studio, Icon Editors etc and have no problems
with any other software but WeBuilder 2010!

I don''t think Karlis is telling you to replace the graphics card, he was merely stating another user resolved their (somewhat similar) problem by doing that. That said, just because you have a 200 buck card doesn't automatically exonerate it from causing problems. A very popular game released a few years ago caused massive headaches for the developers because it wouldn't run unless users had an older card with old drivers installed - the very latest cards running the latest drivers (from Nvidia) caused it to crash. Same goes for program X - just because it works doesn't automatically mean program Y will work also. The issue is that this software is designed to run on many different platforms and hardware combinations; on mine it is mainly stable but it does crash every now and then - I just save frequently. Other programs that occasionally crash are Windows, Expression Web, Opera, Firefox and dozens of others - it doesn't mean any of that software is crap, it just means it doesn't run 100% on my machine 100% of the time. On someone else's at any given moment and circumstance they might be fine.
Karlis is also thinking out loud that the components that make up the file explorer side of WeBuilder are chunks of standard Windows code employed in this case to do the same (or similar) job; he us puzzled because they obviously don't crash within Windows, so it makes no sense they would crash when used in WeBuilder.
As requested and expected you list your hardware explicitly, but do not include anything else pertinent to the troubleshooting process; what AV/Anti-Spyware software do you run. Do you run any kind of Windows shell enhancers, explorer replacements or desktop substitutions (Window Blinds or similar). What other software is installed and running all the time in the background (resident programs?); many people have the likes of Skype, any number of Adobe auto-starters/preloaders/quickstarters, special mouse software, keyboard shortcut/hot button software, webcam drivers, printer monitors etc. etc. Any one (or a combination) of those programs could be interfering with WeBuilder.
Simply having an expensive machine doesn't mean you will have problem-free computing; far from it. Errors like this can also be caused by faulty memory, motherboards or mixing a certain make/model of hard drive with a certain chipset/drivers combo; ten programs may run while the eleventh causes problems, there are simply too many possibilities. I expect the devs will want some more information of they are to dig deeper into the issue. You can also help them by killing some of those processes just for any given session and seeing if that makes any difference - in other words; help them to help you. If they do find a bug and they can fix it, everyone will benefit from your input and you'll get kudos and respect from the board.

Re: Bugs WeBuilderr 2010.10.2.0.121[SOLVED]
Well I have solved the problem!
I knew it was not my video card so I went and purchased PHP Designer 7 to see if it would
give me the same errors! It ran perfect...
So I said to myself that there has to be something wrong with the WeBuilder installation!
I uninstalled WeBuilder and when I went to re-install it I noticed the the update to the new
version was blocked by Windows 7, I un-blocked it.
Re-installed WeBuilder and everything so far is running fine!
Now I am not sure if it was a bad installation of WeBuilder or if it was becaused of the update
being blocked? Hopes this helps anyone else having the same problems...
Thank you all for your support.
