[WB2010] "Select Content" not working in XML-Files

[WB2010] "Select Content" not working in XML-Files

Hello,

i experienced, that the "select content" feature is not working in xml files.
i often use this function in html-files, and right now, i wanted to use the shortcut (im my case alt+d) to select the contents between the xml-tags, when i experienced that it's not working there.

Is there the possibility that this will get fixed sometime?

Maybe something like this could also be implemented, when you'll gonna work on that issue, too:

I will add it to the suggestion list, but we more votes for it to be implemented. Besides, I am not sure many would know about this even if the feature would be implemented.

As for the problem with "select content" feature in xml files. Maybe you can upload the xml file and step by step commands to reproduce the problem. I could not do it with following example file: http://www.w3schools.com/xml/note.xml

This xml-file doesn't work for me neither.
I rightclicked inside the body-tag and the contextual-menu doesn't allow me to select the content.
alt+d works neither.

Indeed, you are right. Not sure how it worked for me the first time. I will add this to the suggestions.

Just checked this problem on the development version, and all seems fine.
For unknown reason, there is problem in the version 2010, but it shouldn't be so with the version 2011.
