I set the frame delay to 1 for every frame but after saving and opening it on my desktop the gif appears to move much slower than in the preview. It also appears to move slow when I preview it in my browser...
How can I fix this?

Easy GIF Animator preview may be a little bit differrent from the real speed in various applications. This is because preview shows the real time, however various programs and web browsers do not use the same timing. Some work a tiny bit faster and some - slower.
You can try increasing or decreasing the delay to get the desired result for displaying your animation in a particular program.
