When making animated gif wizard im getting application error

Just bought the program online. Downloaded installed fine.
Ran the program and im using the wizard to create animated file i did anything the wizard said when i click Finish im getting application error that give me 5 options:

I did create animation option added two jpg files did next next next and finish then i see a error window : gifan.exe
Inside i see : An error occurred in the application : Continue application, restart application, close application, show bug report, send bug report.

I did send but not responded yet i did continue application or restart didnt help!


In the bug report details in General i see on the bottom : Exception message : JPEG error #53
Then exception class Jpeg
