Yes I have experienced this problem and with the side pane, the side panel will not show all the files until I drag the middle separator bar a little then the files will show.

Thanks for all the reports. We will be looking for solution. As it seems, this might be connected also to the slow-ed down responsiveness, when you edit files.

Still bit flickery when resizing but I can live with that, it's certainly improved over the previous version.

Mine also flickers a bit, though it doesn't bother me.
I may be wildly off base, but it seems as if the software is re-reading ini or other configuration files each time something is moved or resized. The GUI behaviour looks to me like it repaints with the relevant config file's options and settings. Like I said though, it doesn't bother me; I have an FTP program which does similar things; for example, when closed, as the software shuts down, the main window flashes before disappearing and in that time it reduces to half size in the middle of the screen before disappearing altogether, a very weird way of closing things down. It doesn't affect any functionality, it is purely cosmetic, as I think this probably is as well.
