I think this has happened since the latest Webuilder update. In the screenshot below note the difference in the text between the code and Generate Preview File.

I'm turning a PDF file into a webpage using a text copy/paste function from Serif Pageplus 4 to Webuilder. I also have Ditto installed (a Windows clipboard enhancer). I've tried running the copied text through Notepad to strip it to text alone, but the odd characters remain. The only way to fix it is to retype the text. Ug!

I seems to be a UTF-8 (bom) issue. So, when I saved the file as UTF-8, it fixed it.
