Hi,
when word wrap is on paging down (PgDn key) will leap right to the end of the file at once after reaching the middle of a file.
One can PgUp then right back to the top fine. Also, clicking the scrollbar with the mouse has no issue either way. However, for editing this is a real showstopper. It was indeed when originally trying WeBuilder 11.0.0.125, and has not gone away with 11.0.0.129.

Not confirmed here, latest build of WeBuilder and Windows 7 Ultimate. Page up and down works on long pages as expected and scrolling in between makes no noticeable difference to page up/down behaviour. Obviously I am misunderstanding what is going on. What OS are you using?

OS is WinXP SP4. WeBuilder 11.0.0.129 in trial mode.
I don't think you misunderstood the problem here, it rather seems to me there is something else related to or there should have been some talk about on the forum yet. No other editor here - e.g. Notepad/2/++, Editpad, Scite, Homesite, Komodo, Topstyle - shows this behaviour.
For illustration: a page with 148 lines and word wrap on pages down fine from the top till line 62 (four times PgDn here), then with the next PgDn the cursor jumps to line 148. Turning word wrap off PgDn works fine from start to finish.

A possible clue to the PgDn issue I reported might be the actual length of the lines wrapped:
Just noticed that in a large page I could pagedown almost to the bottom before PgDn skipped right to the bottom of the page.
The page has 1000+ lines. However, most lines don't require wrapping or for few characters only (it is sort of a sitemap), only towards the end a few lines are longer and wrap into two or three lines on screen. Hard-wrapping these did not change the behaviour though: after reaching about line #930 PgDn still leaps to the bottom at once.
