Improvements to project publishing system

Hi there Karlis,

here is some stuff i miss from bloated but functional Dreamweaver environment:

1) when you press the "Publish Project to FTP" green arrow button, it would be nice to have checkboxes selection saved and not reset time by time. Its anoying to re-select any time three files out of the entire list!

2) a "Publish current file" button would be very appreciated too! Just one click to save and publish the file I'm working on without: saving it, selecting it from the folder pane, right-click on it and select proper option.
Wow, 1 click against 4 !!! I really miss this! =|

3) the same thing but with a "save and publish all open files" could be useful but that's not really necessary. Just one more score to RPHP in the battle against DW if you put it in the next release

I can not say when they will become available, but publishing improvements are already planned.
