Paste from clipboard to dialog boxes

Post by martin86 »

I am using HTMLPad 2010. I am trying to convert my snippets from Homesite to this new editor.

I thought I would love your multi-entry clipboard - BUT I discovered I can not use it to paste items into dialog boxes such as the create/edit snippets, insert links dialog etc.. Makes it a much less useful feature.

It is possible to paste into the snippet dialogs, you just need to use CTRL+V keyboard shortcut rather than the mouse.

Should work in other places too.

Cheers,
Mike
