i usually arrange the layouts as 3 windows in the workplace
i make the html php file vertical split. plus the linked css file vertical too,
can i make the preview panel of the html file refresh it self while i am edit the css without i make focus on the preview windows.
or at list a shortcut to gain focus between them.

The next version (in development) will have a shortcut key for refreshing preview without focusing it. Currently I don't think there is a comfortable way to do it. You can try using this: http://livejs.com/
