I would be happy if the latest version might have the following function:
1.Select a piece of code. For example: codetext
2.Type Quotes (")
3.The code is auto converted to "codetext"
I hope that my proposal has not yet been posted.

Life is too short to run a proprietary software.

This will be possible with plugins, in fact one of our test plugins does this, not only with quotes but also brackets.
