The product instructions say to add to lines to download from xdebug.com which is right but for php version 5.3 and higher the php.ini directives listed in the instructions are not the same (FREAKING PHP)...
The instructions say to use zend_extension_ts --> which is now just zend_extension in php 5.3 and higher. Also the instructions say to use xdebug.remote_enable=on --> which is now xdebug.remote_enable=true
And for you rookies like me with php remember to cycle apache or whatever web server after changing php.ini

* These types of changes that just happen with PHP are what scare me.
