Windows XP SP3 not working with Inet

No matter what I do, Inet doesn't block any websites on my PC with Windows XP SP3. Works fine on Windows 7. I am only evaluating at this time, trying to decide if I want to buy.

It should be working on XP SP3, too. Could you please contact support via http://www.blumentals.net/inetprot/support-contact.php so that we can examine possible issues?
