I'm guessing you're looking for this: under Submenu tab -> Menu Item Font -> Normal style - click the color and change it. If that's not it, let me know.

J create a simplehorizontal menu with submenu. Preview in web brownser is very good 
but when it's insert in my web page just a vertical list
J also try to insert at the top of a new page (empty). it's the same !

Can you send me the link to your page? The symptoms you described sound like you haven't uploaded the css file that comes with the exported menu.
