A really neat feature I like is the select one instance, highlight all.
I'd like to expand on this, by using another gutter to graphically show where in the file those highlights are.
An example of this kind of graphical gutter is used extensively in merging applications to show where differences are.
So, like that, but for high-lighting. Will help ease the pains of scrolling and quick find other occurrences.
