RapidPHP needs Move Line Up, Move Line Down

Netbeans has this really nice feature where you can swap lines of code up or down using hotkeys usually CTRL + SHIFT + UPARROW or CTRL + SHIFT + DOWNARROW or for notepad++ its ALT+SHIFT+UPARROW and ALT+SHIFT+DOWNARROW

I would really appreciate an implementation of these hotkeys because they make working with duplication a lot faster.
