Adds ability to look up Devdocs.io documentation from inside WeBuilder family editors. Devdocs.io is a site that has collected documentation for various web languages and frameworks and allows quick, fuzzy search.

You'll get 2 new commands - look up selection and look up input.

You can search by function/class name or its abbreviation. You can also specify where to search in, e.g. "js document" to search in JavaScript.
