When I select "Save As" and change "Save as type" to let's say ".txt" then the content of the "Filename" field get's highlighted. (And you expect this field to be focused.)
But when I then start typing the field name, the "Save as type" changes instead, which is very annoying.
A more logic setup would be that after changing "Save as type", focus is set on the "Filename" field.

Re: Bug: Save as type in Save As dialog has wrong focus
Since this the standard Windows dialog, I'm not sure if this behavior can be changed drastically, although I'm not sure if this auto-selecting feature is standard... I'll need to check that, it might be possible that there is some custom functionality for selecting and focusing the filename field, but the newer Windows versions will allow selecting but not switching the focus to filename field, which causes the issue.
