Centering in Internet explorer 8 And above

I have been trying to get my menu to center in Internet Explorer. I have one menu on the main page and a different one on the following pages. all of the additional pages are centered. The main page is not. I have searched this forum and tried several different ways. And it just doesn't work. I just bought the paid version hoping that would help. It has not. I don't know what to do. I added HTML code. I added to the CSS code. I just want it centered on Internet Explorer. that is all I'm asking. here is a link to my site and maybe someone can see what I'm missing.

It works fine in Firefox. I don't know about chrome or Safari.

apparently it's just ie8. i can live with that.
