How to change button's text color

I'm probably missing something but I can't see any option to change button's text color.

Click the button and you'll see color selectors (big colored rectangles) right next to Normal Style and Mouse Over labels.

Actually color palette pops up when you click inside "Normal style" box.
Could be more obvious

Could you post a screenshot? It shouldn't be like that.
