PHP Intellisense contains MySQL functions and classes and their members, but if you're talking about Intellisense in PHP strings that contain MySQL queries, then that's not planned.

It is very popular between web programmers.
From 2011 I purchased Webuilder editions. Hmm...
Until MySQL Intellisense becomes a popular request by "our" customers I will consider to give a chance to TSW. Even I am Webuilder customer too.
