Currently, I add a function to snippets and name it after the function.
But when I come back a couple months later, I forgot what the various functions do.
The extra field could be used for writing a short meaningful description of the snippet.
Then when you hover over the snippet in the library panel, the info is shown in a tooltip.
That would make it much more user friendly.
