  • Check the Support section of the corresponding product first. Chances are you will find your answer there;
  • Do not create new topics for already reported problems. Add your comments to the existing topics instead;
  • Create separate topic for each problem request. Do NOT post a number of non-related problem reports in a single topic;
  • Give your topic a meaningful title. Titles such as "A question," "Bug report" and "Help!" provide others no clue what your message is about;
  • Include the version number of the software you are using;

FTP EDIT ERROR

Post by pety »

I cannot edit file on my remote.
I always receive this message:

FTP Error: Socket Error # 10054
Connection reset by peer.

If you need I can make a video.

In this case video won't help since it's not a visual/behavioral issue but FTP client <-> server misunderstanding. In this case it would be better to have access to your FTP connection (or even more ideally - an identical one but empty/test without any confidential data) to connect to it in debug mode and catch and fix the crash. If it's possible, PM me the FTP access.
