Allow the Command and Shortcut columns to be sorted, perhaps by clicking the column header. Being able to sort the keystrokes would allow all the assigned shortcuts to be seen together. Alternatively, allow a mode that shows only the commands for which a shortcut is assigned.

Allow a search by keystroke. For example, putting the cursor in the search field and pressing Ctrl-N would highlight the New shortcut line.
