Sub Menu Alignment

When a main menu button has submenus the down arrow defaults to the right side of that button but the submenu items are aligned to the left of the main button. Is there a way to align the submenus to the right, i.e, under the down arrow? Example at http://chevelleregistry.macswebs.com/ where I'd prefer the 4-character year sub menu to be right aligned.

Aligning sub-menus is not supported because it's standard for all menus. Maybe the solution here is to add some spaces to at least one of the 4-character menu item text simply to make the submenu wider (and thus also easier to hit with the mouse).
