Suggestion: Add Tabs to Message Panel

In some cases you don't want the Message Panel cleared or other info displayed.
Like when you use the Project ToDo feature. This output should be on a separate Tab, so you can switch back an forth between this Tab, and the "normal output" Tab.

(It doesn't have to be possible to open a new Tab manually, but an option to select a named Tab in the native code (And maybe also in plugins )

I agree, good idea,
is it just search results and ToDo lists that share the Messages Panel?
I notice that the container already has tabs there when you have Messages open and also Debug Tools so it may just be a case of adding an extra tab?

I'm not sure I agree that this is a good idea. I think the messages panel should behave the same way a browser console does. I prefer to have all messages in the same place.

After some thought, I agree that there should be some separation because I believe search results should be separate from any other message output so they can persist as long as possible. I still think message output should be combined.
