1. Wrong data in window "Customize"

2. Link detector ignore part after #: http://site.com/page1.php#part1
3. Cant auto update plugins

Future request:
1. Adds "gates" tab in project: gate is PHP file like as "index.php". Dispay "Prewiew" tabs only for gates.
3. Add item "Change charset" in menu of files: now user cant change file charset, cant change charset from utf-8 with bom to utf-8 without bom.

Could you please clarify what you mean by "link detector"?

Also, you can change charset like so (scroll down):
