Sorry this is off-topic, but i thought you guys would be interested to see this new free developer toolbar for Internet Explorer which can be downloaded now from the Microsoft website.
I've been using it for a week now and its a nice addition to WeBuilder in helping us all create webpages.

Overview
The Internet Explorer Developer Toolbar provides several features for exploring and understanding Web pages. These features enable you to:

-- Locate and select specific elements on a Web page through a variety of techniques.
-- Selectively disable Internet Explorer settings.
-- View HTML object class names, ID's, and details such as link paths, tab index values, and access keys.

-- Validate HTML, CSS, WAI, and RSS Web feed links.
-- Display image dimensions, file sizes, path information, and alternate (ALT) text.
-- Immediately resize the browser window to a new resolution.
-- Selectively clear the browser cache and saved cookies. Choose from all objects or those associated with a given domain.
-- Choose direct links to W3C specification references, the Internet Explorer team weblog (blog), and other resources.
-- Display a fully featured design ruler to help accurately align objects on your pages.

as it turns out, lots of new things have been added to the firefox web dev toolbar beta as well. including outlining of positioned elements and about a hundred other things. totally amazing.

Well, it depends on what you can describe as ready. Alpha test version is ready, but I won't publish it because it does not include many of serious features planned for the real version.
I will try not to delay the late December release, however most likely the final release (non-beta) will be released with a one month delay (as usual)
Currently I am trying to get as many fixes, improvements and new features to be included as possible and some are really pain
It is hard to balance - timely release means that some features will have to be skipped, however if we delay the release, it means that we can manage more features...
My favorite are Bracket highlighting, Firefox preview, UTF-8 support, code collapse (can't promise but will try), improved auto-complete, improved inspector, code explorer and other tools and easier and more stable FTP. But there will be much more than that!
