Problem saving and viewing animation

I just downloaded the software and put together my animation. I did a save as but when I go to view it there is nothing in the file. What am I doing wrong?

Thank you for your question. I'm not sure though that I understand what do you mean by "there is nothing in the file", more detailed description of the problem would be helpful.

THIS IS MY 4th Time Trying to get support!!)VERY FUSTRATED WITH SERVICE....When i save the animated gif its looks loke this http://dnn3.casit.net/test/tabid/52/Default.aspx
its suppose the look like this http://www.ostrichfestival.com/
it plays fine in the software but when i save it and view it with picture and fax viewer or publish the AG it looks like crap. Can you help me?

In your case the original animated image was optimized by some other GIF animation tool, due to this optimization it is not possible to alter the original animation.
