Encoding bug when saving files

Hi,

I have to report an error that really makes me nervous. When editing files and then saving, the file encoding returns to "UTF-8" every time, when the file originally had "UTF-8 without BOM" encoding and the program is configured as (see screenshot). There was no such problem in earlier versions, I mean Rapid PHP 2018 and earlier.
