Spelling Error Indicated on Negative Numeric Value

Post by Will Fastie »

This snippet of CSS

Code: Select all

div#credit { top: -13px; bottom: 13px }
generates a spelling error for the "-13px" term. The unit of measure is not highlighed blue, indicating that the parser isn't seeing it.

A workaround is to code "-13.0px" instead, which appears to force the parser to recognize -13.0 as a number. However, -13 is legal syntax in CSS and should be recognized.

Ah, thanks. I was running 6.1 for evaluation; I had downloaded some time ago and have just gotten around to looking at the tool seriously.
