Application Error due to Unknown Software Exception

An error message pops up at the Windows 10 sign on screen that indicates, "The exception unknown software exception (0x0eedfade) occurred in the application at location 0x000000007758B812." It's then followed by a second error that states, "Runtime error 217 at 0C41E66D"

Basically the screensaver doesn't work outside a logged on user session (aka the Desktop). In researching these errors I found an old post on this forum from 2015 which claimed that Screensaver Factory doesn't support running in the Windows logon page, but that answer was from 7 years ago. Has this issue been addressed in the newer versions of Screensaver Factory? We're using Screensaver Factory Enterprise version 7.7.

Could you please make sure that the screensaver is created using the latest version (7.7)? If it is and the error persists, please contact support at https://www.blumentals.net/scrfactory/s ... ontact.php

These screensavers don't support logon page.
