I mean $7 is a joke, I make $90 an hour and am very busy. If you could correct this mess I will think better of you (and I think you will too). I received a full return on my original invoice. But then was charged $14. I was told that there is a 15% processing fee, but the math fails. I bought software for around $48, which would make my processing fee $7.

No reply to my email asking as to why, yet.

Why does the phone number on the website say that it is disconnected?

I submitted a request for the "Unconditional 30-day Money-Back Guarantee" and there is not answer. I tried to phone the number on the website and it is not in service.
