I submitted a request for the "Unconditional 30-day Money-Back Guarantee" and there is not answer. I tried to phone the number on the website and it is not in service.

I will be pursuing this with the ShareIt! Inc.

Karlis is currently on vacation. Your request for the 30day guarantee will get processed on his return, which should be soon.

Apologies for the delay, but unfortunately, only he can deal with this issue.

Unfortunately I can't answer that one - I have no idea. Maybe its disconnected while Karlis is away? Maybe he's forgotten to update the website. Hopefully this thread will remind him to update it!

I received a full return on my original invoice. But then was charged $14. I was told that there is a 15% processing fee, but the math fails. I bought software for around $48, which would make my processing fee $7.

No reply to my email asking as to why, yet.

We do not process payments directly, so refunds are not done by us but by our payment processing partner company (which is a huge corporation), we ordered them to refund you fulla mount minus $7. Most likely thay have made a mistake or something. This has never happened to anyone.

I mean $7 is a joke, I make $90 an hour and am very busy. If you could correct this mess I will think better of you (and I think you will too). Other than that I don't care to pursue this any further.

I also wanted to say that I found your software quite good, but did find it lacking when working with files directly over FTP. I returned back to HomeSite which has advanced FTP, but lacks all the other PHP specific features.

Now I got $14 refunded and $0.40 charged. I guess this fixes it and then some.
