Hi there Karlis. I'm still here to bore you. :) I'm working with a set of template files for reknown Smarty Template Engine. All these files has an ugly .template extension and I can't changeing it. Well, in the Project Management pane in the file explorer it seems to be NO WAY to have these files ...

Well, no need to go mad to make me happy! ^_^

I think this could be very useful but not really necessary in the immediate future.

Maybe version 7! ;p

Local folders as Project publishing target

Hi there Karlis, another thing I miss from DW (sorry) is the ability to set a local/shared folder in project properties to upload files to instead of using an FTP connection. On my workplace I could reach the public web server directly via SMB because the apache site folder is shared with the local ...

Improvements to project publishing system

Hi there Karlis, here is some stuff i miss from bloated but functional Dreamweaver environment: 1) when you press the "Publish Project to FTP" green arrow button, it would be nice to have checkboxes selection saved and not reset time by time. Its anoying to re-select any time three files out of the ...

>;-(o) D'OH!!! Oh, welll... exactly like that! Ok, I'm a goat!!! Sorry for unbelieving! Just another stupid question! Could I activate the "ctrl-J" behaviour based on a timeout? Say, after 2 secs in writing a tag the window pops up automatically? Is there a way to do so? Thanks a lot ...

1) yeah, I already use this quick solution ;) Hope you will consider to implement something more flexible/ergonhomic anycase! :) 2) Well, I mean exactly what you state: when I think about auto completion I imagine that nice window that pops with a list of valid tokens, hints and so on... ehrrr ...

RPHP2005 - project managing and code completion

Hi there Karlis. I have two "feature requests" for further improvements of 2005 series: 1) in the Project panel, it would be nice if we can select multiple items and upload them via ftp with a single click on the big green arrow on the top of the panel. Another good idea is to "save" the chechboxes ...

I'm sorry for my hard words yesterday... it has definitively been NOT a good day.

Thanks a lot for the free upgrade! Now that I've discovered project managing I thik it's GREAT!

I'll write a suggestion about it in a new post! Watch for it! ;)

Well, it seems that the problem is not relative to RapidPHP 2005 but only to layouts saved from previous versions. I copied all settings from my 2004 installation as mentioned here . The result is that with old layouts some menu item disappears! O_o' I recovered origianl 2005 layout table and all ...

just the same, but complaining

I wonder the same thing! But I'm complaining about this! I've just downloaded RapidPHP 2005 as I bought 2004 version in febraury and I was entitled for a free upgrade. Apart of the facts that there is still no information about differences from 2004 version (so I have to explore the entire software ...

RapidPHP 2005 wishlist

I'm using RapidPHP 2004 since march (I bought it after a two-hours try) and I saw it lacks some feature, some important, some less... - first of all, REAL XHTML+CSS+PHP code completion should be very aprreciated. As now I couldn't call code completion pressing (say) ctrl-space in xhtml or css ...

Yes, with the drawback that if I don't want to explicitely cite all values, the workaround fails!

But of course it's a minor issue. I just reported it as you ask all your customer to do! =)

Thanks a lot to Blumentals team for this masterpiece editor! ;)
