In addition to symlinks working properly (as I posted earlier today in a different thread), I'd love it if the FTP explorer worked the same way that the regular file explorer did, ie, displayed the folder tree. Even if it only displayed directories that you've already visited, this would be a handy ...

The FTP explorer doesn't properly handle properly handle symlinks to files. It gives an error "Access denied or file not found" when you try to open one. I can open the same file without problem in a standard FTP client, so it's not a server config issue.

Actually, you're right. The FTP explorer seems to fulfill my needs very nicely. I just hadn't found that feature yet. Man this software rocks.

Just thought I'd throw in my support for this feature as well. SFTP is a fairly big concern for me.

Projects do seem to fit the bill, though I'm not quite certain yet whether I think they're ideal or not. The biggest limitation seems to be that the project must reside on your hard drive. The project that I'm currently working on was only on my server, so it wouldn't work as a project. Of course ...

A seemingly simple feature that would save me a significant amount of time would be the ability to create a toolbar button that will open a particular FTP site with a single click.
