Cannot open clipboard - WeBuilder 2006 v7.1.0.67
I get the message "Cannot open clipboard" when I am running remote desktop. I don't always get the message .. if I keep trying, after 4 or 5 tries I can use the clipboard. When I go to use the clipboard later I get the message again.
I am running XP Professional - and the version of Remote Desktop Software that comes with it.
I am often connected to other servers over remote desktop. I can live with this bug, but I figured I'd bring it to your attention.

Sounds like the same bug mentioned in this thread:
http://forums.blumentals.net/viewtopic.php?t=1125
I know its a different program, but I believe it uses the same 'engine'. If so, then it may be fixed in the next release.

I don't know if this is relevent or not, but Chris's mention of Office made me think..
On my machine, I have noticed (mainly within an Office program) that there is a multi-item clipboard facility. If this is not standard with Win XP, then it is added by MS Office.
I've kept mine up to date with the online update, but I can well imagine the original install having bugs, the first (office) update from a clean install is about 50MB.
If the people experiencing this problem have MS Office installed and have not updated it, I suggest trying an update and see if this fixes the clipboard.
Just run any Office program (e.g. Word) then got to the Help menu & 'check for updates'.
If you have an older version of Office, you may need to go to the MS Office web site and see if there is a service pack you can download.
Hope this helps,
