Files cropped (truncated) via FTP in HTMLPad 2006

Hey!
When i'm trying to open some files from the FTP function,
the files are croped...
this is the first time its occurs..

what can i do to fix it?

croped as in its only downloading half the file? Is it chopping it off at the same point each time? Does it do it to all files (eg, .html and .css) or only certain types?

The bits it does load, is it ok, or corrupted? The files may have been uploaded in binary mode? Did WeBuilder / RapidPHP (or whatever you're using) upload the files?

The files may have been uploaded in binary mode? - i dont know...
Did WeBuilder / RapidPHP (or whatever you're using) upload the files? -- yes

Yesterday I sent you email with user and password to my FTP...
did you received him?

I am also having the same problem. The beginning of each downloader page is cropped off at the same place each time. When I tried to change to an ASCII download, the add button didn't add the extension. It just changed highlighting.
