If I start WeBuilder and double click the last line, nothing happens. If I close the document and start a new document and double click the last line, I get the above error.

Here is my settings, exported.

I think we have a gotcha! The fix will be released with the next update, very soon - this month.

Karlis,

Good work on the update. :D

Initail tests look good, I cannot recreate the error with the same steps :)

Nice work.

Cheers

Oh dear, spoke too soon...

Just had two Access Violation Errors.

1st, I was typing some HTML, and the Auto Complete list popped-up

2nd, pasting the code class="normal" into some existing divs in my html

But I still can't do it with the steps posted realier in this thread.

This means it is ANOTHER problem, so you should go to step 1 which is to provide detailed and clear steps to reproduce the newly discovered problem at least 50% of the time.

Hi Karlis,

It's not happening as often as it did before
But the problem is when it happens, if I do the exact same steps again, it won't do it again, it is very very random, and I know just how hard these sort of problems are to track down.

As I said in my post above, one time I was simply pasting the code:
class="normal"
Into some existing <div>s in my HTML code, and it happened, but close down WeBuilder and try it again and it will be fine.

Still doesn't stop me using WeBuilder as it does everything I want :)

Cheers

This happened to me the other day when text was highlighted, and I clicked 'undo'. I believe it might have something to do with text being highlighted and not anymore (eg, like above, after pasting some text) and its getting confused. Just a stab in the dark...

Isn't it just typical, I say it's not happening as much then I get one!

Just had it in a new way:

Had 2 asp files open in WeBuilder, double-clicked another asp file from Windows Explorer which opened it in WeBuilder (.asp is associated with WeBuilder), the file loaded and then:
Access violation at address 0057900F in module 'webuild.exe'. Read of address 03CD8002

Closed error message and WeBuilder continued as if nothing is wrong!
Don't think I had any text highlighted in the open documents, at least when I went back to them no text was hightlighted.

It never seems to be the same circumstances.

And as I say, can't do it again.
I closed the 3rd file, closed WeBuilder, then opened WeBuilder again.
The 2 original files open automatically, went to Windows Explorer, double-clicked the same .asp file, and no error.
