Update CSS and (X)HTML reference?

Is there a way to have the updated references for CSS and XHTML? I know I've got the option to link to or download the most recent php reference and wondered if this was possible (esp. for HTML)?

If you would point us to an updated reference, we could consider including it in the product. At this time we only have HTML and CSS references in CHM format which we got from a source that does not update them. If anybody could provide us with a free, compact and indexed HTML and CSS references of high quality, I would be very grateful.

These are very nice and good resources indeed, however we can not use them in our product, because they are copyrighted. I will contact the authors to see whether we can make some kind of a deal that allows us to include these references in our software.
