subfolders error on changin project

Post by CocaCola »

Hi,

if you have a subfolder of your project selected and now want to change the current project, the software remembers the selected folder and is looking for him in the opened project. You must be lucky, if you find that subfolder in another project too.

Example:

ProjectA:

Code: Select all

public_html
  images
    icons <--- selected
Change Project now to ProjectB and the software is looking for a folder named
ProjectB/images/icons.

Best wishes, cc

I think that only happens when you've opened a project from elsewhere on the network. That's when it happens to me anyway. If I switch between two local projects, no errors.

No, I've had this on local projects. Mind you, that was in WB 7.2 - unsure if this has been tweaked at all in newer versions.

This is one of the ghosts I referred here:

One link to the original post is in there. Was fixed for last year's version.
