German version: project ~70% complete [updated]

Post by Karlis »

We are currently searching for translators who could translate parts of docummentation (it is in HTML format).

If you are interested, please mail us to software[at]latnet.lv

News - May 21, 2007

We are resuming this project. Currently some 70% of the software and 80% of the website are translated. We need some translators with software development experience to help us with translation of menus and error/status messages.

You can also help by walking through the German version of our site (it is not complete yet) and report any serious language problems.

My intentions are to complete it as soon as we release version 2007 of the code editors. I have some 95% of the interface translated. I am searching for volunteers to translate the documentation, after that, it will be ready.

But PLEASE ... not until WeBuilder 2008 will be released. A german language-pack hangs on my decision to buy this great peace of software. :wink:

Do you support other languages then English and German? I mean, can I translate the software into other language?

*waiting* ... hoping...*waiting*

@Karlis
Can you tell us more about the current status of the german-language-projekt. The summer is nearly over and since May 21, 2007 there is no status-report.

Please give us some good news :D
