I will try to see if I can force this behaviour by somehow getting the ftp not to reply. Note that the ftp hangs when the server is under heavy load.

Is there a log file that is created to determin the exact cause?

I have had the file transfer dialog hang for sometimes and it appears that the cancel button doesn't work or doesn't appear to do anything. Is this a bug?

Cool, this will help. I did not see this feature. It would be nice to set a bookmark by clicking the line number coloum -- as you mentioned a shortcut key will also be great.

I have seen this in other editors such as zend or NuSphere. Simply by clicking on line number in the left hand column it toggles the background color of the line. I find it very handy for keeping track of lines of that are of interest to me while I am debugging. Probably not very difficult to ...

I have noticed that you are allowed to have multiple instances of the same file open at the same time. This is dangerous when you make changes to one file, close it, and unintentionally save the other opened file you loose your changes.
